The popular types that are largely exported are T-shirt bags, D-cut bags, W-cut bags, flat bags, blocked bags, embossed bags, perforated bags, grocery covers & the branded bags. Our bags are made available in transparent, translucent, embossed, plain, colored & single to multi-color printed varieties.
The finest raw materials required for bag making that is HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE & PP granules in virgin grade quality are imported from the Gulf countries. Which in turn is optimally utilized by our advanced blown film extrusion lines in order to produce films as fine as 7 microns to a robust film of up to 200 microns in thickness. Given the fact that our bags are 100% Virgin grade, they are completely food safe, hence reliably used across essential stores for packing groceries, confectioneries, sandwiches, cheese & meat. The other equally popular application of our bags is by the apparel industry where carry bags play a significant role in their product branding & marketing strategy. Our highly specialized W&H printing machine ensures any surreal design envisioned by the product designer can be made a reality at ultra high precision quality & vibrancy, at our technically advanced facility.
In-house production of printing ink, master batches and corrugated boxes makes manufacturing process free from external market fluctuations and instabilities enabling us to meet the schedule on time however high the order quantity is. Having said that our production capacity of the carry bag section alone is 1200 Metric Tonnes per month. 70% of which is usually against export orders from Germany, UK, USA and Australia. Finally yet importantly, our bags are reusable & mechanically recyclable through incineration process. Being an environmentally conscious company that we are, we urge our users to return the bag to a participating store for recycling.
